At Zestyleciteino, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying purchase experience. However, due to the nature of high-end vehicles, our Refund and Return Policy differs significantly from typical retail businesses. Please carefully review the following guidelines.
1. Vehicle Returns
General Policy: Given the high value and complexity of vehicles, Zestyleciteino generally does not accept vehicle returns once a purchase agreement has been finalized and the vehicle has been delivered.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare instances, we may consider a return if the vehicle has a significant, undisclosed mechanical defect that was not apparent during the pre-purchase inspection. This defect must substantially impair the use of the vehicle and must be reported within a very limited timeframe after delivery (typically within 24-48 hours).
Conditions for Consideration: To be considered for a return, the vehicle must be in the exact same condition as it was at the time of sale, without any new damage, alterations, or modifications. Minimal mileage should have been accrued after the purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds Are Not Guaranteed: Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional situations where a major mechanical issue exists. If we approve a return, we will facilitate a full or partial refund or a vehicle exchange.
Terms of Refund: Any approved refunds may be subject to deductions for damages incurred while the vehicle was in your possession, mileage accumulated, and any fees associated with the sale.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a potential return request, please follow these steps:
Immediate Contact: Notify our customer service team immediately by email at info@zestyleciteino.com or by phone at 906-364-9764 within the timeframe specified in section 1 (typically 24-48 hours post-delivery).
Provide Documentation: Provide detailed information about the mechanical defect, along with supporting documentation, such as photos, videos, and service reports.
Return Evaluation: Zestyleciteino will review your request and inspect the vehicle to determine eligibility for a return. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on the return process.
Vehicle Assessment: If a return is approved, the vehicle will be fully inspected to ensure it meets all conditions regarding damages, modifications, and mileage.
4. Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for returning the vehicle to our dealership.
Transportation Assistance: Zestyleciteino may, at its discretion, assist with the transportation of the vehicle back to the dealership, but any related costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving the returned vehicle, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection to verify it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund or exchange according to the agreed terms.
6. Other Considerations
Used Vehicles: Used vehicles are sold “as is,” without implied warranties. Please note that our refund policy is even more limited for used vehicle purchases.
Legal Requirements: This Refund and Return Policy is subject to applicable state and federal laws concerning vehicle sales, which take precedence.
